Awards for LMC Caravan

It is the only children's bed layout in the Tandero range and stands out for this reason alone. The 500 K family model has now received the German Design Award "Special mention" in the Excellent Product Design category. With this award, we would like to thank our product designers and engineers in particular for their dedication, their passion and their constant eye for current design trends. The Tandero caravan series impresses with its modern "Japandi" design in taupe decor, which creates a great ambience. This design direction cleverly combines angular elements with rounded shapes to create a harmonious balance in the interior. The result is an aesthetically pleasing and contemporary living concept. The LMC Tandero 500 K was honored with the German Design Award for its outstanding design performance and innovative interior design.

The German Design Award is the premium prize of the German Design Council. It honors special and "groundbreaking design achievements" and makes "design trends [...] visible across all industries". Every year, a high-caliber international jury selects the best "answers to the challenges of our time".

In her role as Head of Marketing and PR, Nina Wesselmann is closely associated with the LMC brand. Her daily to-do's: increasing brand awareness, communicating our corporate values and creating a good atmosphere for our products among end customers and dealers alike. Nina has been working at LMC since October 2020 and can draw on a solid knowledge of how communication works and can be managed thanks to her previous, very diverse experience in the areas of PR, marketing, communication and cooperation management. "I am delighted about the award and about the responsibility and scope I have here in my role at LMC. It is particularly important to me that communication works best when it is shaped together. Close coordination between marketing, sales, retail and management is the basis for me". Nina's passion is evident in both her work and her team and is a true testament to her commitment to LMC's success.

Folds easy: We won the European Innovation Award in the "Floor Plan" category at this year's CMT in Stuttgart. We are mighty proud of that! Our shortest caravan floor plan (5.83 m) in the product portfolio, the Style 400 F, impressed the jury with its space concept and the space-saving folding bed. The latter is reminiscent of the cupboard beds from the 1960s, which are currently experiencing a revival in the furniture market. Leave the bed linen, strap it on and fold it up - quite effortlessly, the bed disappears into the back wall. It's the little things that make your vacation experience more comfortable, easier and more carefree. And our floor plans are designed to be as individual as our customers.

The LMC Tourer Lift H 730 G was awarded Camper of the Year 2022 in the semi-integrated category by NKC. Particularly positive mention was made of the lift bed, which disappears into the canopy and thus does not take up any space. There was also a plus for the modern interior, the standard compressor fridge and the arrangement of the appliances in the kitchen. The design's focus on lightweight construction also contributed to the verdict.
